#WhereIsRa?: NoLIta

Welcome to my blog! Today I will be talking about some of the live paintings I created in NoLIta.

Recently I did some live painting in NoLIta. It’s always incredibly fun to go to New York City with my easel and iPad. Plein air painting is not only a great practice tool to keep my skills sharp but it’s also great for networking. I was stopped by several photographers and curious onlookers as I was working. The last time I did this I was in DUMBO, Brooklyn to great success. During my session I was able to finish three paintings that will be a part of a future book. All art was created using Sketchbook Pro for iPad.
