London: Tower Bridge iPad Painting

I arrived in London without much sleep due to various delays LaGuardia Airport. I dropped everything off at where I was staying in Abbey Wood before heading back to Central London. The tube is very similar to New York’s subway system so I acclimated to getting around quickly. My central hub became the London Bridge station because it gave me easy access to my connecting train back to Abbey Wood.

From there I walked down the path near London Bridge to get to Tower Bridge. I found a spot to sit and I created this plein air painting on my new 10.5 inch iPad Pro. Procreate has been my app of choice for these type of paintings. This style is a cross between being painterly and impressionistic. Look out for more posts on my first trip to Europe on the blog.
