This blog marks the conclusion of my New York Fashion Week Coverage. 

Last night at Bloomingdales, GQ hosted a menswear fashion event complete with personal shopping, haircuts, shoe shining and much more. GQ Insider, Leo Chan was one of the hosts for the event so that’s how I heard about it. I have a different way of working a room for networking these kind of events where I don’t know a lot of people. Like The Tailory event I found a spot in the store and just began sketching and painting. People walking by took an interest and from there the networking began. Not only was I able to create some dynamic live paintings but I made some real business contacts in the process too. Looking important and doing something (iPad Painting) that most people still aren’t familiar with is such a great way to get noticed. New York Fashion Week was incredible and I look forward to covering more events for my blog. All art created in Sketchbook for iPad.
