I got inspired to take a break from portraiture and create an interpretation of a classic still life. Painting from direct observation (or a photograph in this case because I was on the train) is an amazing way to develop as an artist. The brush I used in Procreate was something I purchased online called the Bristle Brush Linen. Going beyond the default options of the program allows for a lot of fun and experimentation.
