London’s Underground rail system was a lot of fun. It was easily one of the main highlights of the first leg of my trip. With an Oyster card (a ticket you can preload with a weekly fare for example) enabled me to get around Central London easily. The iconography of the “Underground” was also interesting to me too. The different lines were color coded from the inside out. The ones I rode were The London Underground, Overground, DLR and Southeastern trains. I created this painting after passing by London Bridge Station. Using the Wet Oil Brush in Procreate I made this “urban landscape” that meshs with the rest of the paintings in the series.
